To foster a cohesive and engaged workforce for Bioclinica, our team designed an internal campaign to bring employees together, enhance customer service approaches, and recognize individual achievements. We aimed to foster a sense of accomplishment and unity within Bioclinica through the implementation of captivating visual aids such as an infographic, online badges, and a comprehensive booklet.
